Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Most orders ship next day excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Returns

We accept online returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Items must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging. Customer must pay the shipping cost to return the item.

To make a return, email us at support@jcpottery.com and include your order number. After we receive your item, we process returns within 7 working days. Funds will be sent to your original method of payment.
